ScanP2P AI ("we", "our", "the app") provides real-time P2P and arbitrage signal data across 40+ cryptocurrency exchanges. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights.
By using ScanP2P AI you agree to this policy.
Subscription data: We store your subscription status (active / expired) and the Apple transaction ID for receipt validation. Payment details are handled exclusively by Apple; we never see or store your card number or billing address.
App preferences: Filter settings, selected exchanges, and display preferences are stored locally on your device using SharedPreferences.
Usage analytics (anonymous): Crash reports and aggregate feature-usage events that cannot identify you personally.
Apple App Store / StoreKit: All in-app purchases and subscription management are handled by Apple under Apple's own Privacy Policy (apple.com/legal/privacy).
Market data API: The app fetches anonymized exchange spread data from our back-end API. No personal data is transmitted in these requests — only filter parameters (exchange list, spread range).
Local preferences are retained until you delete the app. Server-side subscription records are retained for up to 3 years for financial compliance, then permanently deleted.
ScanP2P AI is not directed at children under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
You may request deletion of any data we hold about you by emailing us. We will respond within 30 days.
All data in transit is protected with HTTPS/TLS. Subscription tokens are stored using iOS Keychain. We perform regular security reviews.
We may update this policy periodically. Material changes will be announced in the app. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
