By downloading, installing, or using ScanP2P AI ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App.
ScanP2P AI provides real-time market data, P2P spread signals, and arbitrage opportunity indicators across 40+ cryptocurrency exchanges. The App is an informational tool only and does not execute trades or manage assets on your behalf.
Subscription options:
Free Trial: The Pro Weekly plan includes a 3-day free trial for new subscribers. You will not be charged during the trial period.
Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Your Apple ID account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
Managing Subscriptions: You can manage and cancel your subscriptions in your Apple ID Account Settings at any time after purchase. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period.
No Refunds: Payments are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or Apple's refund policies.
Price Changes: We reserve the right to change subscription prices. Price changes will be communicated in advance and will take effect at your next renewal.
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use ScanP2P AI on Apple devices you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial purposes, in accordance with Apple's Usage Rules in the App Store Terms of Service.

ScanP2P AI provides informational data only. Nothing in the App constitutes financial, investment, or trading advice. Cryptocurrency trading carries significant risk. Always conduct your own research and consult a qualified financial advisor before making investment decisions.
All content, trademarks, and technology in ScanP2P AI are owned by or licensed to us. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works without our written permission.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ScanP2P AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App or reliance on any data it provides.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time for breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which we are incorporated, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration.
These Terms incorporate Apple's standard EULA by reference where applicable. In the event of a conflict between these Terms and Apple's Usage Rules, Apple's Usage Rules shall govern with respect to App Store usage.
Maintenance and support for ScanP2P AI is provided solely by us, not by Apple. Apple has no obligation whatsoever to provide any maintenance or support services for the App.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
